Your secure payment
options for the services you use

If you are favouring eBook Versions with your custom for the first time, after you agree to our fee for the work that you wish us to undertake, we shall post two copies of our standard agreement for your approval and signature. One copy should be returned to us together with full payment of the fee agreed by cheque or via PayPal (see below).

Returning clients
Clients who have previously commissioned us to produce at least one ebook or print-on-demand paperback are requested to make full payment within 21 days from the date of the agreement.

Using PayPal
We use PayPal as the means of receiving payments from our customers internationally as it has over time acquired an excellent reputation for the high level of security and protection against fraud that it offers.

If you do not already have a PayPal account, you do not need to open one to make payment by credit card. Neither are any fees charged to you for making payments to our PayPal account.

First-time or returning customers will be sent details of our verified PayPal account whenever a payment falls due.

If you already have a PayPal account or choose to open one now, then you may draw on your PayPal balance, use a credit card, or debit the bank account you have registered with PayPal.

For your security, your credit card, debit card or bank account details are not made available to us.

Other payment methods
We are happy to accept payment by cheque drawn on a UK bank. Your cheque must clear before we can proceed with your commission. We are unable to accept payment by bank transfers originating from overseas banks from customers resident in the UK or overseas.

If you have any questions about our arrangements for receiving your payments, please do not hesitate to email Admin and we shall reply promptly.
